How would you like a brand new, fully remodeled home blocks from downtown Beaverdale,and where you can see Ashby Park from your front yard? First off, the boring (yet useful) stuff. Brand new water line installed in November 2024. Most all the plumbing and electricalin the house is brand new, and also installed in Nov 2024. Brand new tub, vanity, toilet, and accessories. Then the entirety of the first floor was redone with flooring, paint, walls, and more. Oh, and the fireplace had a beautiful tiling added as well.
