As a lifelong resident of Waukee, I am proud to serve the community I've always called home. After earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Allen College, I spent the past 17 years caring for patients and guiding families through some of life's most challenging moments. That experience taught me the importance of compassion, communication, and attention to detail—qualities I now bring to every real estate transaction as a member of the Ingrid Williams Real Estate Team.  My hope is to always make your home buying or selling process a positive one, even if it comes with mixed emotions about life’s changes.  I am used to offering the support needed when making difficult or life altering decisions, and I feel honored when families choose me to guide them through these big occasions.
